“The course was not what I expected, but better as I wasn’t treated like I was at school and like an adult – and the work was more what I understood and what I needed to move into work or progress. I have grown more confident in speaking to people, I have enjoyed completing behaviour at work I have got more skills in communication and more work skills. Naz has really helped.”

“Thank you Naz you have really helped me – more than any of my teachers.”

"I just want to say a massive thank you on helping me get to where I am now in my new job – you have really taught me how to gain my confidence and to step out of my comfort zone to try and apply for new things I’ve enjoyed every moment that I had with Ixion and learned so many things while I was there , so much time and guidance went into helping me find my job and I wouldn’t of known what I would do if it wasn’t for all the help you gave me so thank you."
