Hestia provides a free-to-download mobile app, Bright Sky, which provides support and information to anyone who may be in an abusive relationship or those concerned about someone they know.  Visit the Hestia website.

The Men’s Advice Line is a confidential helpline for male victims of domestic abuse and those supporting them. It can be contacted on 0808 801 0327.

The National Domestic Abuse Helpline provides support for women and children experiencing domestic violence and are available 24 hours a day on 0808 2000 247.  Visit the Refuge Helpline website.

Women’s Aid is a grassroots federation working together to provide life-saving services in England and build a future where domestic abuse is not tolerated.  Visit the Women’s Aid website

Respect Mens advice line, we are here to support men affected by domestic abuse. Visit Respect website

Stem4 is a charity that promotes positive mental health in teenagers and those who support them including their families and carers, education professionals, as well as school nurses and GPs through the provision of mental health education, resilience strategies and early intervention.
