There are many pathways to start your career – our traineeships and apprenticeships will build your confidence, increase your independence and provide those key skills, experience and qualifications that employers are looking for with support and guidance provided from the day you contact us.

Traineeships (16-24)

Traineeships are for anyone aged 16-24, and are a stepping stone to an apprenticeship or job. They combine practical, hands-on experience with education and training. Learn from experienced mentors and see your skills, and confidence, improve.

Apprenticeships (16+)

Apprenticeships are for anyone aged 16+ and provide you with high quality practical training from expert mentors.

They last from 12-32 months depending on the career path and level.

Not sure which direction to take? We’ll provide you with all the information, advice and guidance on career pathways.

Diplomas (19+)

Our Level 3 and Level 4 Diplomas cover a range of subjects and are suitable for anyone 19+.

They are supported by an Advanced Learner Loan and much like a loan for university – you don’t have to pay anything back until you are earning the minimum threshold.

They include diplomas that will support you into university if school wasn’t the right environment for you or if you’ve had a break from learning.
