Jump into work is a short skills programme to support 16-18 year olds into employment or an apprenticeship.
The course aims to improve employability skills and provide valuable work experience. There are many reasons and benefits of why Jump into Work might be the right fit for you, here are our top five:

Jump into Work puts you on the path towards a job or apprenticeship in a sector that is of interest to you. It can act as a first step toward your end goal, giving you the knowledge and experience in that area to support your job prospects moving forward.
Jump into Work can also land you an interview with your work experience employer at the end of your placement, giving you the chance to gain a paid position at the company.

Our Jump into Work courses provide you with valuable work experience! You will be assigned a dedicated Work Coach who will find and match your skills with a suitable employer in your area.
Gaining work experience is valuable when it comes to professional growth and will not only help you get more job opportunities, but also:
