Customer Service – Traineeship

Typical Duration:

6-12 weeks

Who is it for?

For young people aged 16-24 looking to take their first step in their career!

Boost your confidence and self-belief in and out of the workplace with our traineeship career course and see your independence grow!

Our course combines classroom or online learning with a work experience placement, and is a great stepping stone to an apprenticeship or a job, giving you the skills and experience employers are looking for in your chosen career.

Our placements provide an allowance, paid travel, and 100+ hours of work experience within your chosen sector.

All we ask is that you bring the right attitude, and we’ll help you do the rest!

Note: your wellbeing and health is our number one priority, as such placements will only take place when safe to do so, and start dates will depend on your chosen industry.

Qualifications and Skills

You will complete a work placement of between 3-12 weeks, plus gain a Level 1 Work Skills qualification and a Level 1 or 2 in English and maths if required.

Through classroom or online learning you will learn CV writing and interview skills, and cover subjects such as money management, diversity, and safeguarding in the workplace.

All of our traineeships offer you the chance to progress into an apprenticeship or employment, with support provided in CV writing, interviews and job applications.

If you’re completing your Level 1 or 2 in English and maths you will need to sit an end-of-course test, with full support and practice tests provided by your tutor.
