Qualifications overview:

Level 1 Customer Service:

You will complete the following units:

Customer Service Principles.
Understanding How to Work in a Customer Service Role.
Communicating with Customers.
Using a CV and Covering Letter to The Body Shop for a Job.

Level 1 Retail:

You will complete the following units:

Understanding the Business of Retail
Understanding Customer Service in the Retail Sector
Understanding How a Retail Business Maintains Health, Safety and Security on its Premises
Understanding How Individuals and Teams Contribute to the Effectiveness of a Retail Business

Upon successful completion you will gain a BTEC Level 1 Certificate in the Principles of Customer Service and Level 1 award in Retail Knowledge.

Progression:

Following the 2 week Sector-based Work Academy, you will have a guaranteed interview with The Body Shop.

The BTEC Level 1 Certificate in the Customer Service and Level 1 Award in Retail Knowledge are transferable qualification and will assist you in your first step to your career within any industry and could see you dealing with customers in person, over the phone, through live chats, email or social media.

Entry level positions include Customer Service Assistants, Customer Service Advisor or a Customer Service Administrator. You can progress into roles where you become a product expert and possess extensive knowledge, a team leader motivating staff or a customer services manager responsible for implementing procedures and maintaining quality
