Connecting Choices for Employers
Supporting our participants with volunteering, work and training

Providing support for those furthest from the job market

Our Connecting Choices programme supports its participants by opening doors to opportunity and breaking down barriers into training, education, volunteering and work in Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-Under-Lyme and the Staffordshire Moorlands areas.

As a local organisation you can support the building of skills in your local community.

We have a number of participants looking for work experience opportunities – a work experience placement is free for you, with no commitment, and provides you with the opportunity to trial and build your team to ensure they’re the right fit.

Our participants are also looking for volunteering opportunities to build their confidence working as part of a dedicated team and to gain, and share, skills – providing you with valuable resources to help you meet your goals.

A number of our participants are ready to progress into employment. Our Engagement Team can skills match what you’re looking for – at no cost to you.
