The Step Into The Learning Zone project allows employers within the retail, wholesale, hospitality and customer service sectors to access funding from the European Social Fund to train their employees to NVQ Level 2.

The funded training will enable employees to achieve a recognised qualification and acquire essential skills that will improve performance in their role, which will benefit the learner, employers and their organisation.

To be eligible for funded training, the learner must be:

• living and/or working in Essex
• employed in the retail, wholesale, hospitality and customer service sectors
• 16+ years of age
• employed by a company with less than 250 employees

Our partners offer a range of courses that meet the needs of businesses in all the above sectors. Training is provided on the job so your employees can learn skills directly relating to your business.
