Shaw Trust wins in Work & Health Programme (Nationals)

National employment, health and wellbeing charity Shaw Trust has successfully secured two Department for Work and Pensions’ Work and Health Programme contracts. Following a competitive process involving the submission of two tenders, a presentation to representatives from DWP and local and devolved government, and a number of competitive dialogue sessions, Shaw Trust has been selected to deliver the Work and Health Programme in the following areas:

Home Counties


Shaw Trust is the only charity that has been successful in securing Work and Health Programme contracts through the national competition. This contract award will lead to Shaw Trust delivering the Work and Health Programme across an area spanning from the Welsh borders through to the East Anglian coast. Securing the Work and Health Programme plays a key role in supporting the charity’s ambition to transform a million lives by 2022. Shaw Trust’s Chief Executive, Roy O’Shaughnessy commented:
