Ixion is proud to announce that it has achieved the Committed 2 Equality (C2E) accreditation.
The C2E accreditation is part of the National Equality Standard (NES) framework. It certifies Ixion’s policies meet the high standards set by the NES. The C2E standard validates that procedures within the organisation are taking place to create an equal and diverse delivery platform and working environment.
“Having recently received a “Good” Ofsted with outstanding features and a Merlin grade of 83% “Good”, Ixion has continued to improve its policies and procedures to meet industry standard accreditations. This reflects our own policy of continuous improvement at Ixion.” - Jo Sears, Head of Group Sub Contracting / Policy - Ixion
The frame work focuses on: Equality Policies, Equality in Employment, Equality of Terms and Conditions, Equality in Recruitment, Equality Responsibilities, Equality in Service Delivery and External Equality Relationships.
Ixion now has an accreditation that backs up its own strong values with the policies and procedures to ensure equality and diversity is kept to a standard that is widely recognised.
This is one of the many accreditations and awards that Ixion has received over the last year. This includes Ofsted, Merlin, Best Companies & Business in the Community all of which were achieved to a high standard within their own frameworks. With Ixion’s continued growth it is still staying true to maintaining high quality standards and outcomes.
