We are committed to a healthy work life balance which is why we offer a generous 28 days holiday plus annual bank holidays for all our staff, plus the option to purchase and additional 5 days per calendar year. This is increased to 30 days as along service reward after 10 years service.
Our staff also benefit from saving money on childcare costs by taking advantage of childcare vouchers via a salary sacrifice scheme.
We encourage every employee to volunteer to a charity or scheme of their choice; allowing staff to find their own recognised local scheme that they wish to support with a day out of the business each year.
