1. Ixion may be able to access Government funding for you if you have a vacancy that you want filled.
2. Ixion will find you the right CV and sift candidate(s) from a variety of sources at our finger tips.
3. Once you offer an individual a position Ixion will help coach, mentor and train your new staff in the early stages of their employment - and it’s absolutely free!
4. Working with the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and Job Centre Plus (JCP) and a whole range of other organisations involved in recruitment, training and ‘soft work skills’, Ixion can be the ideal answer to your current and future recruitment needs

Ixion offer programmes that are matched to national standards.
We provide top quality, effective support, IAG, coaching and training designed to meet the needs of the participants.
We drive forward several target-smashing employability initiatives by proactively acting upon both employers’ requirements and individual’s needs and aspirations. Skills for Jobs, for example, is aimed at:
- reducing unemployment “through more effective engagement” and
- moving “individuals into sustainable jobs through support, learning and achievement of qualifications.”
What this practically means is that our experienced and qualified tutors and advisors take the learner on a coordinated journey. First by asking the right questions and assessing needs. Then by building the learner’s confidence and employability by taking small steps through Skills for Life training, job search skills, sector-specific short vocational courses and CV-writing.
The Ixion model is designed to free participants from the barriers of finding employment and personal achievement. Based on a competence framework, retention and application.
