Ixion Holdings Ltd is pleased to announce that it was awarded the Investors in People standard for a further three years on 11th January 2008. Ixion values all of its staff and is dedicated to supporting them in their personal development. This is reflected in the governing principles under which the Group operates.

Ixion is committed to delivering a high quality service, both internally and externally, this is further demonstrated by securing Customer First accreditation in September 2007 at first time assessment.

Ixion Holdings Ltd sent electronic Christmas cards this year, in an effort to reduce our Carbon Footprint. The electronic Christmas cards had a festive O's and X's game with a competition to enter a free prize draw to win a weekend away with Marriott Hotels.

Ixion Holdings has been awarded £500,000 by the Learning and Skills Council to help businesses in Essex improve business performance and develop their staff. Funded through the European Social Fund (ESF), Ixion will be working in partnership to deliver Investor in People and accredited training linked to National Vocational Qualifications.

Ixion Holdings, in partnership with The Journeyman Company, have been selected to work with the London Development Agency and manage their events and marketing programme throughout the capital.
