Government Funding
Ixion is also able to support your application to gain access to government funding that can be used for your Leadership and Management development.

The Leadership and Management programme currently offers up to £1000 of funded training for company Directors and Senior Managers.

Each employer can benefit from up to £1,000 of funding for leadership and management training. The first £500 does not require a contribution from the employer and should be used for directors/leaders/senior managers. The subsequent £500 must be 'match funded' by the employer and is available for senior members of the management team.
