You can manage and see the CV's that meet the filters and screening that you have pre-set for CV's. You can then set about organising the interviewing of your chosen candidates at your own pace.

The Standard Silver Service of our chosen partner leads the way in Online Recruitment, combining extensive advertising and CV database searches with screening and candidate management. At £699 per four week campaign, it's significantly cheaper than local press advertising and placement based agency fees.

Step 1 - Submit your vacancy
Get in touch with us and you will be assigned your own dedicated Account Manager through our partner to look after your Online Recruitment campaign. When they receive details of a vacancy they'll make sure they have all the information needed and advise you on how to get the best results from your campaign. You'll then receive a plan of your campaign for approval.

Step 2 - Candidate Attraction
As soon as you confirm that you'd like to go ahead with the campaign the details of your vacancy are immediately posted to every major job board in the UK, relevant specialist sites and smaller local job boards. The team perform a search of the UK's largest CV databases to locate possible candidates, who are contacted via e-mail and SMS text regarding the position. Each week the performance of the campaign is reviewed, and its then possible to make any changes required to reach the widest suitable audience possible, the hard to reach groups and achieve the best outcome for your spend.

Step 3 - Response Management
Every single application received for your role will be hand screened by our partner resource team to the criteria you have given, no more sifting through unsuitable CVs! You will receive your first set of response within days, and your account manager will check in to make sure the screening is to the correct level. To help you focus on the important stuff, we'll field all candidate enquiries via e-mail and telephone via this product, taking care of any questions they may have and walking them through the application process, when sourced from this mechanism.

Ixion will design and host your micro-site. See below an example of "YOUR OWN" web recruitment microsite that candidates access directly as a response to e.g. your press advertising and they can read the full job details, person spec, important background reports, complete the equalities & diversity form and then apply for the role through the web site.

You can brief us and we can also set the filters and screening tools that help you access and read only those CV's most relevant to you with the criteria that you initially set up front.

Ixion Job Boards for you to post your own vacancies
Ixion has job boards it can put on the web for you where employers can publicise their own job vacancies.
